NY Style Helmet Shield (7" Version) Limited Supply

You don't have to work for FDNY to be inspired by their style. Inspired by our favorite firefighter TV show and the great department of the FDNY, the simplicity of this shield makes a bold statement. Choose your center numbers (3 character max). English Bridal Premium Quality Leather. 

Made for TL2 and leather helmets with a brim to interior finial hook height measurement of 6 3/4 inches.

We like our shields to sit firmly up into the hook. Unlike many shield makers, we make our shields tall. Many makers typically craft shields that barely reach the finial hook. It doesn't look right and can lead to issues! Please measure your helmet space from brim to interior apex height of finial hook that the shield will sit up into. We notch our shields at about 6 & 9/16ths inches leaving. The sides of the shield at the top will rise on each side of the finial at a height nearing 7".
