Return & Refund Policy:

For Handmade Leather Goods - Generally, returns of handmade leather goods will not be accepted and refunds will not be given unless 1) a significant error has been made by the craftsman in a customization of the product that renders the product undesirable and uncorrectable; such as, a wrong name or misspelled name, 2) the wrong size or wrong product entirely has been sent or, 3) multiple minor errors or omissions were made in customization such that the product is considered grossly undesirable. In instances of the above circumstances, the craftsman will either 1) work with the customer to find an agreeable arrangement for correction of the craftsmanship error or 2) will issue a partial or complete refund or 3) will recreate the errored item from scratch for either no charge or a percentage fee to be agreed upon by both the craftsman and customer.

*Notice about Handmade Leather Goods - Black Sheep FD makes every attempt to guarantee quality and correct craftsmanship of each product. Please review your own orders carefully. Also, it should be kept in mind that variations in leather, dye, and paint colorations do occur that are beyond the craftsman's ability to control. Colors on the website may slightly vary from the appearance of the products in person. 

 

Returns & Refunds on NON-Leather Goods - Many Black Sheep FD non-leather goods are drop shipped by trusted product manufacturers who set their own return policies that affect Black Sheep. Returns and exchanges are not supported if the wrong size or color is ordered by the customer. In the event of a damaged product or manufacturing error, a free reprint or refund may be issued if Black Sheep is contacted within 15 days of product delivery. Please allow time for Black Sheep FD to work with the drop ship manufacturer to effect the reprint or refund. In the event of a wrong item is shipped to the customer, different than what was ordered, Black Sheep FD will work with the manufacturer to affect the correction. Matters of change of mind and other less specific matters will be handled at the discretion of Black Sheep FD. Reasonable attempts will be made to ensure customer satisfaction.
