** Payment for custom work is due prior to work start. This is because right from the start of custom projects are usually steps that make the work/piece unique to the purchaser and the item will not be able to be sold to others. Custom work is not refundable unless a major error discrepancy is found between the build plan and the finished product. Errors of craftsmanship are extremely rare but will be remedied should they occur.
