This glove strap version keeps things fundamental. A closed loop configuration that can be tightened or loosened via the postman slide clamp. There is no quick release. Keep in mind that with no quick release, you'll have to open up the slide clamp and slide the leather to loosen the strap and retrieve you gloves. The advantage is that there are fewer breakable components (no quick release buckle) but the disadvantage that loosening the leather strap and retrieving through the opened leather loop does take a bit longer to do.
